Violations should be reported to [email protected]. Include a description of the vehicle and the violation, tag number, permit number, and a photo.
Parking Rules will be strictly enforced and unauthorized vehicles will be towed at owner's expense.
- All units are provided with one (1) RESERVED numbered uncovered parking space
- Vehicles parked in reserved spaces without permission may be towed at vehicle owner’s expense. To arrange to have a vehicle towed, please refer to the contact sheet for information.
- All vehicles of residents must have a parking decal. To obtain a decal, please arrange a meeting at the office. See contact sheet for information. Residents must provide a driver’s license and vehicle registration to register for parking. The permit must be displayed in the lowest accessible portion of the front windshield or on a rearview mirror.
- In addition to the reserved uncovered parking space as provided above and any covered parking space assigned to the Unit as Limited Common Element, a Unit may apply for a license for no more than two (2) additional uncovered parking spaces for the parking of vehicles on a first come, first served basis, provided the Unit submits the following information to the Association: proof of residency, and a separate driver’s license and registration for each additional vehicle. The license to use any uncovered parking space shall be personal to the Unit Owner to whom it is assigned and shall not become a Limited Common Element and shall automatically terminate upon the sale of the Unit. The grantee of the Unit may then apply to the Association to obtain a license.
- Notwithstanding the foregoing, twenty percent (20%) of the total number of uncovered parking spaces shall be reserved for guest/visitor parking.
- A parking decal must be on all approved vehicles. Vehicles without decals will be towed at owner's espense 72 hours after notification is put on the window of the vehicle.
- Residents should inform guests and visitors to park in unnumbered spaces on the perimeter of the parking lot. No vehicle may remain in any visitor parking space for more than 72 hours.
- All vehicles that will remain on the property 72 hours or longer must have a guest parking permit. The Association provides one evergreen guest parking permit for each unit. Please see contact sheet for information. The permit must be displayed in the lowest accessible portion of the front windshield.
- Covered parking spaces are assigned as Limited Common Elements appurtenant to specific Unit. Call the contact for towing listed on the contact sheet to arrange the towing of any unauthorized vehicles parked in these spaces.
- Covered parking spaces can be used for one licensed vehicle, boat, RV, or trailer per space. Owners of covered spaces may also store up to two bicycles under the cabinets located to the rear of the space. No other items may be stored except small items that fit entirely within the hanging cabinets; cabinet doors must be able to close completely. A warning may be given for noncompliance. After 7 (seven) days, a $25 fee will be issued.
- Storage of unlicensed or inoperable vehicles (regardless of license status) is prohibited on Golfview property. Any such vehicle will receive a warning; after two weeks, it will be towed off the property at the owner’s expense.
- Commercial vehicles over 6,000 GVW cannot park overnight anywhere on Golfview property and will be towed.
- Boats, motor or mobile homes, RVs or other recreational vehicles are not permitted to park overnight on Golfview property. The only exception is for owners of a covered space who may park a small trailer, RV, or boat in the covered space, provided it does not protrude from the space in any direction.
- Parking on the grass anywhere on the Golfview property is strictly prohibited.
