Annual Assessment
The 2025 Budget was approved by the Board of Directors and Community Members on December 30, 2024. The Monthly Assessment is $555 Per unit (this does not include special assessments).
Payments can be made in three ways — by mail, through your bank's online bill pay, or online at thecamteam.com through the payment portal. For full details on how and where to send your payments, please download the form below.
